What is Aloe Vera?

Aloe vera is gel from the leaves of aloe plants. It is a popular medicinal plant that’s been used for thousand of years to treat various health conditions such as for skin disorder (healing and softening of skin) and constipation. It is well known as “wonder plant”. The aloe vera gel contains most of the beneficial bioactive compounds in the plant including vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants.
