Studies show that sugar can be as damaging as alcohol to your liver, even if you are not overweight. 4.Too much Vitamin A from your supplements
Our body needs Vitamin A and it’s fine to get it from your daily diet such as fruits and vegetables. But if you are taking supplements that have high doses of Vitamin A, that can cause a problem to your liver. Check with the professionals before you take any extra Vitamin A as you probably don’t need that much.

Studies showed that smoking can causes a variety of adverse effect on our organs that have no direct contact with the smoke itself, such as our liver. It yields chemical substances with potential to damage the liver cell. The toxic chemicals in tobacco smoke can cause inflammation and liver disease.
