QUERCETIN

What is Quercetin?

Quercetin is a type of flavonoid that can be found in fruits and vegetables. The fruits and vegetables that contain quercetin are grapes, berries, citrus fruit, onion, broccoli and kale. It has unique health properties that improve both mental and physical performance. Quercetin’s antioxidant property can bind and neutralize free radicals. Free radicals are unstable molecules that may cause cellular damage. Its properties are able to contribute to conditions including anti-carcinogenic, anti-inflammatory and antiviral.
