Yes i tried cgfiber after being referred by a pharmacist that i had constipation thst week( not eeveryday tho) despite taking probiotics regularly. It works well n if Company can cfm that the ingredients are indeed 100% natural?..:no preservatives no chemicals no colouring etc ? If yes its effective…But i still cannot understand the purpose of taking this ? Bcos company is very low profile n not easy to know or talk to yr espert for advices??? Is it just a detox or as daily supplement to be taken daily or only necessary??? Its not stated in the box sold:??? Instructiins not clear when to take is best?
