What is Colostrum?

Colostrum is the first milk that mammals produce. It produces the first few days after birth.  Colostrum is the ideal food for human newborns and has promising health benefits by providing hydration, protein, immunoglobulin, enzyme, leukocytes as well as antioxidants.
